Window fitting

Bonded van windows, fitted where your van is

Fixed and sliding windows for side panels, sliding doors, rear quarters and rear doors, supplied and fitted at your home or workplace.

Positions

Where windows can go

Left and right are as you sit facing forward. In the UK, the left side is the kerb side.

  1. 1. Front side window. Behind the cab, or in the sliding door if your van has one on that side. This is where an opening window usually goes.
  2. 2. Rear quarter window. The side panel towards the back of the van. Fixed glass for light and a view out.
  3. 3. Rear door windows. One in each barn door, or a single window in a tailgate.

The positions available depend on your van. Liam checks your exact model before confirming anything.

Fixed or sliding?

Most layouts mix the two: fixed glass for light, and a sliding window where you want fresh air.

What you get

Included in every fitting

  • Measuring and cutting the panel
  • Rust protection on the cut edge
  • Bonding and sealing the glass
  • A black window edge for a finished look
  • Windows, trims and fitting parts from our recommended supplier, for quality and compatibility

How pricing works

Prices are for standard installations and are confirmed once Liam has checked your van and layout. Things that can change the price:

  • Which positions you choose, and fixed or opening glass
  • Your van's make, model and panel shape
  • Modified panels or non-standard conversions
  • Where the van is, for longer journeys

Before the appointment

What Liam confirms with you

Every van and location is different, so these are agreed with you before the fitting date.

  • Where the van will be, and the space and access needed around it
  • What happens if the weather is not suitable on the day
  • Roughly how long the fitting will take
  • When you can drive and wash the van afterwards
  • Anything already fitted, such as lining, insulation or a previous conversion
